Flight Routes 2005

For the 2005 flying season our field on Bunting Road, Georgetown, DE will act as our primary training location. However flights can be initiated from many sites around Sussex County and the Delmarva Shore. Depending on weather and or student requirements.

The Aeros trike is a two-place trainer, two-seats, all flights will be considered lessons. This includes discovery flights. Regardelss of the planned flight destination, tasks will be identified to develope ones fliying skills.

The following flight routes will use the Bunting Road field as the starting point:

Indian River Bridge, DE; this is one of our scenic beach routes. This route takes us almost due east over Long Neck to the Indian River Inlet.

Cape Henlopen, DE, NE; this route tracts over the scenic Cape Helopen State Park and Rehoboth and Lewes areas.

Bridgeville DE, NW; this route will take the student over the Ag fields of Sussex County.

Trap Pond DE, W; this route follows the watershed that feeds various millponds in Southwest Sussex County.

Students and Discouver flights can request a specific flight route. Special flight route planning will be conducted with our instructor. All flight routes that enter controlled air space will be cleared thru the controlling agency.
